Trafficmind engages carefully selected third party service providers to support the delivery of our services. These providers may process personal data on our behalf in connection with infrastructure operations, service delivery, support, or business administration.
All sub-processors are subject to written agreements requiring appropriate data protection, confidentiality, and security measures consistent with applicable data protection laws.

Infrastructure and Hosting Providers
Trafficmind operates a distributed infrastructure network. In certain cases, we rely on data center operators, colocation facilities, and infrastructure service providers to support hardware hosting, network connectivity, redundancy, and resilience.
These providers may process limited operational data, including IP addresses, network metadata, and log information, solely to maintain infrastructure functionality and availability.
Cloud and Platform Service Providers
Trafficmind may use cloud-based platforms to support internal systems such as customer account management, support ticketing, monitoring tools, and backup services.
Depending on the service, these providers may process business contact information, support communications, authentication data, or system logs.
Analytics and Performance Monitoring Providers
Trafficmind may use analytics providers to understand website usage patterns and improve performance. These providers process technical identifiers such as IP addresses, browser information, and aggregated usage metrics.
Analytics providers are contractually restricted from using data for independent advertising purposes.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, Trafficmind relies on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary technical and organizational measures where required.
